1 General Terms & Conditions

By accessing the qu99 platform or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to read them — ignorance will not be accepted as an excuse.

Qu99 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. If changes are made, registered users will be notified by email and a notice will be posted on the site. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on qu99, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Online gaming must be legal in your country of residence.
• You are opening this account in your own name and for your own benefit.
• All information provided must be accurate, complete, and your own.

One Account Policy

Only one qu99 account is permitted per person, household, or device. If the same individual opens multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

Once registered, keeping your password secure is entirely your responsibility. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to qu99 immediately.

3 Deposits & Payment Methods

Qu99 currently supports the following payment methods:

Deposited funds may only be used for gaming and betting purposes. qu99 does not pay interest on any deposits. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met to withdraw from qu99:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000 (higher limits apply for VIP members).
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal.
• Only one mobile banking number can be linked per account for transfers.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

Bonus Withdrawal

Withdrawing bonus funds requires the wagering conditions to be met. If wagering is not completed, only the original deposit amount may be withdrawn.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Qu99 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the general rules are:

• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only.
• Wagering requirements across all bonuses may range from 10x to 30x.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time frame after claiming a bonus.

• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when playing games on qu99:

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, your game progress will be saved.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage (collusion).
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs on the platform.

8 KYC & Identity Verification

Qu99 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure security and prevent fraud. Verification may be requested in the following situations:

• When making a large withdrawal for the first time.
• If unusual transaction activity is detected on your account.
• As directed by the relevant regulatory authority.

9 Account Closure & Termination

Either the user or qu99 may close an account at any time, for any reason.

You can request account closure at any time by contacting support. Please make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Qu99 reserves the right to close an account without notice if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraud, or any illegal activity. In such cases, the account balance may be forfeited.

Inactive Accounts

An account will be marked inactive after 12 consecutive months with no transactions. A ৳50 inactivity fee will be deducted each month until the balance reaches zero.

10 Responsible Gaming
